Equilibrium: How Can We SUPPORT you

Event Calendar

Equilibrium: Supporting Cognition, Movement & Healthy Aging

Equilibrium is a new Regency Cares initiative dedicated to helping older adults stay mentally sharp, physically steady, and confidently engaged in life’s daily activities.

The Equilibrium Program brings together evidence‑based learning, movement, and community connection to support healthy aging

Through monthly educational events, hands‑on workshops, and community‑building activities, Equilibrium empowers participants to understand the aging brain, strengthen cognitive resilience, and maintain balance—both physically and emotionally.

 About the Program

Equilibrium brings together evidence‑based learning, movement, and community connection to support healthy aging. The program includes:

•             Monthly Cognition & Aging Events

•             Weekly Community Walks

•             Balance & Stability Training

Practical classes focused on fall prevention, strength, posture, and coordination to help participants stay confident and independent.
